St. Peter is about 10 miles north of the Mankato–North Mankato area and is conveniently connected by U.S. Highway 169, along with Minnesota State Highways 22 and 99. For metro access, St. Peter is roughly a 70-mile drive to Minneapolis and about a 75-mile drive to Saint Paul (traffic depending), making it a great option for those who want a quieter home base without feeling far from the Twin Cities.
